Youth Ministry

The mission St. Martin of Tours Youth Ministry through the LIFE TEEN Program is to create a place for the teens of this Parish to express their faith, build community through fellowship and ultimately grow closer to Christ. We encourage the youth of this Parish to become actively involved in their own community, here at St. Martin of Tours, as well as the greater community of the Catholic Church. We seek to provide opportunities for this growth and involvement through meetings, social events, retreats, Christian service, camps, conferences and our Confirmation Program. At the heart of the ministry is the Eucharist, and accordingly, we encourage all teens to attend weekly Mass. We invite everyone to attend the 5:30 p.m. Sunday Mass which is specifically designed to engage youth.

The mission St. Martin of Tours Youth Ministry through the EDGE Program is to create a place for the Junior High aged pre-teens (grades 6-8) of this Parish to express their faith, build community through fellowship and ultimately grow closer to Christ. We encourage these youngsters to become actively involved in their own community, here at St. Martin of Tours, as well as the greater community of the Catholic Church. We seek to provide opportunities for this growth and involvement through meetings, social events, retreats, Christian service, camps, conferences and our Confirmation Program. Announcements

CONTEMPORARY MASS. Every Sunday at 5:30 p.m. the SMT youth community is invited to come to the Contemporary Mass. Our Youth Group will be sitting together up towards the front of the Church by the musicians. We gather for community with each other, and our God.

Events

For LIFE TEEN & EDGE every Friday during the season of Lent (except Friday, March 5th,) we will meet after/during the Lenten Supper (which is held in the Parish Center) for SPORTS WARS! We are upstairs, in the first room on the left. Come, bring a friend and join in the fun!
